Fellow Opportunity
Programs & Impact Fellow
Supports Program and Campaign documentation, evidence organization, updates, metrics, and honest impact reporting.
The opportunity
GFC's long-term Programs contain Initiatives, and Campaigns may support Program or Initiative goals. A Programs & Impact Fellow may help organize the documentation, evidence, confirmations, and metrics needed to describe that work honestly without overstating outcomes.
What you'll work on
- Maintain clear Program, Initiative, and Campaign documentation and updates
- Organize source materials, evidence, and partner or impact confirmations where available
- Track defined metrics and help prepare accurate reporting summaries
- Identify missing information and distinguish confirmed results from planned activity
- Draft honest impact summaries for GFC review
Example projects
Depending on current GFC priorities, examples could include:
- Compiling a sourced update for an active or completed Campaign
- Organizing Program evidence and confirmed metrics for a reporting period
- Reviewing Initiative documentation to identify missing confirmations or reporting gaps
What we're looking for
A dependable, relatively independent contributor who is organized, detail-oriented, and careful about evidence and claims. Strong writing, judgment, follow-through, and willingness to investigate missing context matter more than a specific credential.
What you'll learn
You'll have opportunities to gain experience with nonprofit Program documentation, evidence organization, metric tracking, and responsible impact reporting across Programs, Initiatives, and Campaigns.
How Team GFC works
